The No Bully Music Festival will be the first event for Make That Change on Saturday, September 28, 2019. Our expectation is that a majority of Swansboro and its surrounding communities will attend and participate in uniting the community to send a message that bullying behavior/violence in schools is NOT ACCEPTABLE.
